FAQ

The first thing we need to see is a well-researched, well-organized, well-written plan that addresses the key areas an investor wants to know.

We will consider investments in any sector, if the concept has a large market that is either fragmented or otherwise not dominated by a single provider.

Although we have invested in companies with modest margins, we now seek margins of 50%-100%, with large national or international markets

We look for companies with strong management teams with experience in building and managing rapidly growing, profitable companies. We also seek managers who are prepared to make key personnel changes where necessary in order to achieve the company’s goals.

Every company has competitors – and we are not afraid of them. We want our potential partners to recognize their competition and the strengths and weaknesses of that competition. Then, we want plans that will ensure our company can outperform the competition.

We are prepared to entertain a variety of exit strategies. Just be sure that you have a business plan that offers investors a way out when those investors have achieved their goals.
